According to this article, a man with an assault rifle robbed the Dunkin Donuts in Monroe early this morning.
Det. Darwin Guzman said the suspect waited for th employee to arrive at Dunkin Donuts at 4 a.m. and then went into the back entrance. The man took an unknown amount of money and fled the scene on foot. The man was said to be around 6 to 6 1/2 feet tall, he was wearing a black mask, a red bandana, and a gray sweatshirt with the hood up.
